As you may be aware, Governor Cuomo has issued an Executive Order permitting ATIC to place a sixty (60) day hold on cancellations, non-renewals or conditional renewals for any missed payments, as a result of financial hardship due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, during the period of March 29, 2020 to April 28, 2020 (the “covered period”).
In addition to our prior notice regarding the above, we are writing now to inform you that the covered period has been extended to include payments due up to and including {{COVIDDATE}}, 2020. If your client makes a request for relief, please advise us as soon as possible by e-mailing COVIDRelief@american-transit.com.
We ask that you do your part and convey this message to your clients to ensure they are aware of this relief option. If you are still receiving payments from your clients, please remember that payments received must be immediately transmitted to us
